- 3-Year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Plan and Implementation
Approach:
- Performed organization-wide DEI Assessment to establish a baseline and identify gaps within current DEI Proactive
- Established shared DEI language and Vision to increase buy-in at all levels (board, leadership, staff, and stakeholders)
- Developed a DEI Policy to guide DEI Initiatives
- Benchmarked competitors and created a DEI strategic plan that aligned with organizational goals and had defined metrics
- Created DEI Curriculum consisting of 10 learning offerings (virtual, in-person, and on-demand)
- Integrated DEI Communications Strategy into overarching Communications Plan
- Implemented Executive and Leadership Coaching to build DEI capacity
- Revamped processes and practices utilizing a DEI Lens (i.e. recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retaining, performance evaluation, and promotion and advancement)
Outcome:
- Pathward is cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging and was named a Best Places to Work.
