- 3-Year Culture Transformation Strategic Plan, Implementation and Training
Approach:
- Conducted a Comprehensive Assessment: Performed an organization-wide inclusion and belonging assessment to establish a baseline and identify gaps within current practices.
- Established Shared Language and Vision: Created a unified language and vision for inclusion and belonging to increase buy-in at all levels (board, leadership, staff, and stakeholders).
- Developed Inclusion Policies: Formulated policies to guide initiatives promoting inclusion and belonging.
- Benchmarking and Strategic Planning: Benchmarked against competitors and created a strategic plan that aligned with organizational goals and included defined metrics for success.
- Designed a Learning Curriculum: Developed a curriculum consisting of 10 learning offerings (virtual, in-person, and on-demand) focusing on inclusion and belonging.
- Integrated Communication Strategy: Incorporated an inclusion and belonging communications strategy into the overarching organizational communications plan.
- Executive and Leadership Coaching: Implemented coaching programs for executives and leaders to build capacity in fostering an inclusive culture.
- Revamped HR Processes: Enhanced HR processes and practices using an inclusion lens (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retaining, performance evaluation, and promotion and advancement).
