Project Scope:

  • 3-Year Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategic Plan and Implementation 

Approach:

  • Performed organization-wide DEIB Assessment to establish a baseline and identify gaps within current DEIB Proactive  
  • Established shared DEIB language and Vision to increase buy-in at all levels (board, leadership, staff, and stakeholders) 
  • Developed a DEIB Policy to guide DEIB Initiatives   
  • Benchmarked competitors and created a DEIB strategic plan that aligned with organizational goals and had defined metrics  
  • Created DEIB Curriculum consisting of 10 learning offerings (virtual, in-person, and on-demand)
  • Integrated DEIB Communications Strategy into overarching Communications Plan 
  • Implemented Executive and Leadership Coaching to build DEIB capacity  
  • Revamped processes and practices utilizing a DEIB Lens (i.e. recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retaining, performance evaluation, and promotion and advancement)
