Letter from the Founder
At iSuccess, our mission goes beyond business metrics; it’s about transforming lives, organizations, and communities. From an early age, I realized the power of change and the impact it can have. My personal journey, filled with unique experiences and challenges, has shaped my passion for this work.
Experiencing consistent burnout from work was a major turning point for me. I poured my heart and soul into my first business, only to face the harsh reality of filing for business bankruptcy. I restarted my business from scratch, realizing that passion and heart, while essential, weren’t enough on their own. I lacked the strategy, knowledge, and processes needed to sustain it. These challenges shaped my commitment to helping others avoid the same pitfalls.
I believe that by building people, we build organizations. This belief is at the core of everything we do at iSuccess. We focus on creating work-life harmony because I know firsthand that harmony is essential for high performance and fulfillment. I am a firm believer in playing as hard as you work, which is why we implement robust systems and processes to manage performance effectively.
Life and business can be emotional, and making decisions in such states often leads to less-than-optimal outcomes. That’s why we rely on data analytics to inform our decisions, ensuring we achieve the expected outcomes. This blend of data-driven strategy and emotional intelligence is what sets us apart.
I consider myself a mix of both right and left brain, combining creativity with strategic thinking. My team and I thrive on bringing this combination to our clients, infusing energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do. We are passionate about helping people and organizations reach their full potential, driving sustainable change and impact.
